The Toronto Transit Commission and BAI Canada have expanded free wireless internet service to College Station.

The Toronto Transit Commission and BAI Canada have expanded free wireless internet service to College Station.  Wi-Fi service is already available at Bloor-Yonge, St. George, Bay and Wellesley subway stations.

Installation work has started at Dundas and Union stations. Wi-Fi service is planned to roll out to entire lower loop - the "U" - including Spadina Station, ahead of the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan Am Games.

The free TCONNECT Wi-Fi service provides internet connectivity, including access to social media, email and real-time transit alerts. The ad-based service comes at no cost to the TTC or Toronto taxpayers.

Wireless connectivity to all underground TTC subway stations is planned within the next three years.
