James Means Wins TD Safety Award for Collier County

Keolis Transit America announced that James Means, general manager in Naples, Fla., has received the TD Safety Award for Collier County at Florida’s Transportation Disadvantaged Conference.

Keolis Transit America announced that James Means, general manager in Naples, Fla., has received the TD Safety Award for Collier County at Florida’s Transportation Disadvantaged Conference. 

He received the award for the first ever mirror check station in Collier County.  Keolis Transit America makes safety its number one priority in all of their operations and initiatives.  Mirror stations are now being implemented as standard procedure at all of their locations. 

The Transportation Disadvantaged Conference was held late last month at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World.  It is an opportunity for transportation service companies to learn about the latest in transportation management practices, technology and equipment.
