Clean Spot Inc. announced a corporate merger with Classic Cleaning Supplies Ltd., also based in western Canada.
The merger will be effective Aug. 1.
“The union of our two organizations combines operational synergies that will drive efficiencies and cover a greater service area for our shared customers,” said Scott Reid, president of Clean Spot. “Leveraging the strength in personnel, delivery systems, and vendor offerings will allow us to ensure that [our customers] continue to receive the highest level of products and services.”
The merger of Clean Spot and Classic Cleaning Supplies will create an organization equipped to provide a superior array of cleaning and sanitation supplies, convenient e-commerce ordering, on-site training and equipment sales, customer service, and repairs.
“Our goal [with this merger] is to enhance our ability to provide our customers with innovative and creative facility maintenance solutions,” adds Reid. “This is an exciting development for both companies . . . allowing us to have more resources to deliver on our promise to our customers to ‘Get the Job Done.’”
