IL: Patricia Walsh Joins Parsons

Parsons announced that Patricia “Tricia” Walsh has joined its transportation business unit as vice president and director of business development–Midwest.

Parsons announced that Patricia “Tricia” Walsh has joined its transportation business unit as vice president and director of business development–Midwest. She will be based in Parsons’ Chicago office.

Walsh has worked in the transportation sector for more than 18 years and has engineering and construction experience in all transportation modes. In addition, she has experience assembling and managing project teams and overseeing qualification and technical submittals for large design-build, construction manager/general contractor, and public-private partnership (P3) pursuits in the United States and Canada.

“Tricia brings to Parsons a wealth of experience and a strong network within the transportation sector,” said Todd Wager, Parsons Group president. “She will be integral to our success as we continue our growth in the Midwest. We’re pleased she has joined the team.”

Some of Walsh’s successful project wins include the Ohio River Bridges East End Crossing P3 in Indiana/Kentucky, the Rainbow Hydro Electric Station Redevelopment in Montana, the Innerbelt CCG1 design-build in Ohio, and the SR-91 Corridor Improvement Project in California. She also has significant Chicago-based experience, including Stevenson Expressway, Lake Shore Drive Mainline, Balbo Drive Bridge, Wacker Drive Reconstruction, Illinois (Chicago) Tollway, and the O’Hare Airport Modernization Program.

Licensed as both a professional engineer and a planning and scheduling professional, Walsh holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree in project management from Northwestern University.
