Garton Named Civil Manager for Colorado/Wyoming at Parsons Brinckerhoff

Andrew Garton has been named civil manager for Colorado and Wyoming at Parsons Brinckerhoff, responsible for overall project management, delivery of engineering services and quality control.

Andrew Garton has been named civil manager for Colorado and Wyoming at Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Garton will manage the civil engineering group in the firm’s Denver office. He will be responsible for overall project management, delivery of engineering services and quality control. 

Previously a supervising engineer, Garton joined Parsons Brinckerhoff in July of 2013.  He has more than 24 years of professional engineering experience in Colorado, with expertise in budgeting; personnel management; transportation planning; transit management; traffic engineering; and highway/roadway design, construction and maintenance. 

Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff,  Garton was a resident engineer with the Colorado Department of Transportation; the transit business administrator with the city of Colorado Springs; and the state airport engineer with the Colorado Aeronautics Division.

Garton received a B.S. in civil engineering from Colorado State University.
