There has been a buzz about the new Route 620, implemented June 2, and serving Farmington, Greenland, Lincoln, Prairie Grove, West Fork and Lot 56 of the UofA Campus.

Administrators with the Prairie Grove Senior Activity Center, in conjunction with other local senior centers along the route, are coordinating a “Travel Trial” for their clients interested in using the route.

A group-outing is believed to not only familiarize participants with locations along the route, and transfer points for other Ozark Regional Transit (ORT) routes, but should also serve to alleviate some apprehension about riding for the first time.

ORT officials, and possibly some Prairie Grove city officials, will ride along to field any questions or concerns.

A time has not yet been set, but the group will meet at the Praire Grove City Hall, at one of the ten daily times when the bus is scheduled to be there.
