NY: Osama Abdelfatah Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Osama Abdelfatah has been named a supervising scheduler in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Osama Abdelfatah has been named a supervising scheduler in the New York City office of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In his new position, Abdelfatah will oversee scheduling for construction of the 96th Street station of the Second Avenue Subway in Manhattan, for which Parsons Brinckerhoff is providing construction management services. 

Abdelfatah has served as a project scheduler and project control engineer on major transit projects in the US and abroad.  Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a senior project controls manager for an engineering firm in Doha, Qatar, responsible for managing program-level planning, scheduling, and cost and document control for major infrastructure programs.

Abdelfatah received a master of civil engineering degree in construction management from Manhattan College and a bachelor of civil engineering degree from Alexandria University in Egypt.  He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Association of Advancement of Cost Engineering.
