GA: Claudia Bilotto Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Claudia Bilotto has been named a senior supervising planner in the Atlanta office of Parsons Brinckerhoff.

In her new position, Bilotto will lead the firm’s planning and environmental practice in Georgia.

Bilotto has served as a project manager and lead planner on a variety of assignments, including the development of state, regional, and community transportation plans, multimodal planning studies, roadway and rail feasibility studies, environmental documentation, and stakeholder and public participation strategy development and implementation.  Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, Bilotto was an associate vice president in the Atlanta office of a national engineering firm, responsible for managing a variety of transportation planning projects for the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Atlanta area’s metropolitan planning organization.

Bilotto received a master of city planning degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in telecommunications from Pennsylvania State University.  She is a member of WTS International, the American Planning Association, and the Georgia Planning Association.  She serves as chair of the Transportation Research Board’s public involvement in transportation committee.
