OH: New Member Appointed to Dayton RTA Board of Directors

Montgomery County Commissioners appointed longtime community leader and retired chairman and CEO of Shook Construction Vince Corrado to the Greater Dayton RTA Board of Trustees.

Montgomery County Commissioners appointed longtime community leader and retired chairman and CEO of Shook Construction Vince Corrado to the Greater Dayton RTA Board of Trustees. 

Overseeing the expansion of Shook Construction into Indianapolis and Cleveland,

Vince Corrado now serves as chairman emeritus of Shook’s Board of Directors.

Corrado has been involved in countless community activities throughout his career. Over the past 45 years, he has contributed both financial resources and his personal time to numerous local community and business organizations, including the Greater Dayton Area United Way, Miami Valley Council-Boy Scouts of America, and A Special Wish Foundation. Beginning in 2000, Vince became an Angel Flight Volunteer Pilot for the National Pilot Network.

“He is an exceptionally talented individual who is totally committed to our region and who has worked tirelessly to make our community better for all of us,” said Franz Hoge, president, RTA Board of Trustees.

Corrado’s vast experience in construction and engineering will serve RTA well into the future. 

“We are extremely fortunate to have Vince join the RTA team as a Trustee,” said Mark Donaghy, RTA executive director.  “His vast experience in business as well as a volunteer in the community will be a great asset to our organization, Donaghy said.  I appreciate his willingness to serve.”
