Residents and visitors of Greater Des Moines can now plan their trips by public transit using Bing Maps.
The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART) has worked with Bing to add its schedule information to Bing Maps. As a result, users of Bing Maps will now be presented with options for taking their trips in Greater Des Moines by transit.
The addition of DART’s schedule information on Bing Maps follows the launch on Oct. 1 of the MyDART Trip Planner BETA. Both tools utilize the same data, giving riders multiple tools for accessing DART schedule information.
