Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB) was selected by the city of Ocala’s Revitalization Strategies Department to assist in the preparation of two important community redevelopment area (CRA) plans that are located along the city’s main entry corridors.
To establish redevelopment priorities for the CRA plan, VHB will facilitate public meetings, analyze their input as it relates to the city’s priorities, and prepare three dimensional graphics that illustrate potential redevelopment conditions identified by the community. VHB will offer strategies for improving economic conditions, pedestrian safety, and the visual appearance of the corridors to help achieve the revitalization strategies department’s goal to increase economic development efforts.
