ARBOC has been implementing a new web-based system that will streamline the processing, storage, and retrieval of information.
The system named ARBOC UnitFiles allows all departments, from customer service to production, to gain immediate access to critical data. The system has been designed and developed in a flexible environment to fit ARBOC’s unique needs as a bus manufacturer while allowing for continuous improvement and additions or deletions as required.
The ARBOC plant is fully wireless and provides immediate connectivity via various devices. It's available to all authorized employees including the quality staff, production line employees, supervisors, and executives.
ARBOC UnitFiles will be a tool for ARBOC’s dealers and customers. The system will add features to ARBOC Service Online, ARBOCs existing warranty system. Customer portals are also being developed and will be available through the company’s public website.
The first phase of ARBOC UnitFiles is expected to be fully implemented by the end of the year.
