The Macatawa Area Express earned a Bronze Telly for its new “Twilight Route” television commercial that is broadcast on local cable by Charter Media and Comcast cable television.
Produced by SVS Productions of Holland and scripted and narrated by MAX staff, the 30-second Twilight Route commercial promotes the new evening fixed bus route that was launched in October. The spot features popular nightlife spots in downtown Holland that are served by the new evening route. The new TV ad was produced to promote use of the new bus route, which has ridership of 450 per month.
Winners are selected from over 13,000 entries annually worldwide. Entries are judged on a 100-point scale by a panel consisting of top advertising and video production professionals who are past winners. Entries with scores of 90 or higher receive Silver awards, while those with scores of 70-89 are given Bronze awards.
