Parsons is pleased to announce that David “Dave” Warner, Parsons’ Seattle area manager, has been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) as one of the Northwest’s Top 20 Under 40.

This annual regional competition celebrates young engineering and construction professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, a commitment to excellence and to the communities their projects serve, and dedication to their company.

Mr. Warner joined Parsons in May 2010, and he has more than 11 years of experience managing infrastructure projects in the Northwest. He currently serves as project manager for the City of Seattle’s Elliott Bay Seawall Project, a critical public safety project. In 2009, he was publicly recognized by Sound Transit for his work on the SR 520 Bridge Replacement and High-Occupancy Vehicle Program.

“Parsons is proud that several of our employees have been recognized by a respected industry publication such as ENR, and we are excited to see Dave continue to demonstrate the qualities that earned him this honor,” said Todd Wager, Parsons group president.”

Mr. Warner’s contributions also include work with local communities, regional and state elected leadership, federal officials, and City of Seattle and Washington State Department of Transportation officials on the I-405 Corridor Program and the High-Speed Passenger Rail.
