Allan Pollock, general manager for Salem-Keizer Transit, announced the selection of Roy Burling as director of finance and Sadie Carney as director of community relations.
Burling has extensive public sector finance experience having served in various financial management positions with Corvallis School District, Tigard-Tualatin School District, University of Oregon, City of Springfield and Lane Transit District.
Carney has a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. Her background is in marketing and community outreach, including work with the Cities of Beaverton and St. Helens. She is a member of the Department of Land and Conservation Department Citizen Involvement Advisory Committee, and a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar.
