Cubic's Freddie Fuller Named to COMTO Board of Directors

Fuller has been active in COMTO since 1997 and is chairman of the organization's strategic planning committee.

In recognition of his achievements in transportation systems and professional development for minorities in the industry, Cubic Transportation Systems' Freddie Fuller, has been named to the national leadership for the Conference Of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and appointed to its board of directors.

Fuller has been a transportation professional for more than 16 years and in 2009 joined Cubic Transportation Systems, a business segment of San Diego-based Cubic Corporation and a leading integrator of payment and information technology and services for intelligent travel solutions.  He is regional sales manager for the company's Washington, DC-based sales and marketing activities and leads sales opportunities in Cubic's mid-Atlantic region.

He has been active in COMTO since 1997 and is chairman of the organization's strategic planning committee. The mission of COMTO is to ensure a level playing field and maximum participation in the transportation industry for minority individuals, businesses and communities of color through advocacy, information sharing, training, education and professional development. Through its active volunteer members, the organization strives to see the diverse faces of America equally reflected in all levels of the transportation industry. Cubic has been a corporate sponsor of COMTO for several years. 

Fuller is a graduate in urban studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and earned masters' degrees in city planning and civil engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.  He also has earned credits towards a doctorate degree in planning and governance.
