Owen McDonald Rejoins Parsons Brinckerhoff

Owen McDonald has been named a transportation engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff and will serve as a transportation coordinator for a light rail transit project in Toronto.

Owen MacDonald has been named a transportation engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. In his new position, MacDonald serves as transportation coordinator for a light rail transit project in Toronto.

MacDonald, who is rejoining Parsons Brinckerhoff, has over 40 years of traffic engineering experience. From 1987 to 2011 he was a senior supervising engineer at the firm. Previously, he served as director of traffic and parking for the city of Somerville, Mass.

MacDonald holds MS.. and B.S. degrees in civil engineering from Northeastern University. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
