Lynne Marie Whately has joined Parsons Brinckerhoff as deputy environmental manager for the program management team of the California High Speed Rail project.
Whately comes to Parsons Brinckerhoff from a national consulting firm, where she served as manager of Transportation Planning and Environment. She has close to 20 years of transportation industry experience.
Whately has a master’s degree in urban and regional planning with a specialization in transportation planning from Florida State University and a bachelor of science in public administration and planning from the University of Southern California.
She is a member of the American Planning Association and is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
