Nova Bus announced the appointment of Claude Dépeault to the position of vice president, Business Partner Culture.
President and CEO Gilles Dion made the announcement, adding “Claude brings a great deal of expertise, skill and experience, and his work emphasizes the continuous enhancement of our business partners’ satisfaction." Dépeault now joins the executive committee as he takes on this crucial role in the Nova Bus organization.
Dépeault holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a member of Quebec’s association of engineers, Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. With over 15 years of experience at some of Canada’s leading organizations, he first joined the Nova Bus team in 2010 as director, Quality Culture, Continuous Improvement and Environment. He will now lend improvement focused leadership to client service, fulfilling the company’s commitments by offering complete after-sales service to every Nova Bus business partner.
