Andrew Frohn Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position, Frohn will be responsible for overseeing the design quality assurance program for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, a 20-mile, 21-station elevated rail system connecting West Oahu to Honolulu.

Andrew Frohn has been named a design quality assurance manager in the Honolulu office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. In his new position, Frohn will be responsible for overseeing the design quality assurance program for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project, a 20-mile, 21-station elevated rail system connecting West Oahu to Honolulu.

 Frohn is an American Society for Quality certified quality manager and auditor with more than 25 years of experience in the management of quality programs for building, construction and transportation projects and layout of industrial and vehicle maintenance facilities. He has had extensive experience overseeing and coordinating federal and state environmental compliance requirements associated with such projects. Frohn's prior experience includes working for the Long Island Rail Road for more than 20 years, including four years as director of corporate quality assurance.

Frohn received a master of business administration degree in total quality management from Dowling College and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
