Thierry Prate Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position as principal consultant, Prate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to Parsons Brinckerhoff's transportation clients in infrastructure, financial, and project planning.

Thierry Prate has been named a principal consultant in the Denver office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, planning, engineering and program/construction management organization. In his new position, Prate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to Parsons Brinckerhoff's transportation clients in infrastructure, financial, and project planning. He has extensive experience as a strategic consultant specializing in international economics and finance for transport and rail projects with an emphasis on high-speed and regional rail. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a senior project manager with a management consulting firm in Paris and London, managing strategic projects for public and private European rail clients.

Prate holds an M.A. degree in economics, finance and project management and a B.A. in economics and statistics from Monpellier University in France.
