Motor Coach Industries Congratulates APTA on its New President

Motor Coach Industries, Inc (MCI) congratulates the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) on the unanimous selection of Michael Melaniphy as its new president and CEO. Melaniphy has worked at MCI for more than 10 ten years, the last seven as vice president Public Sector.

Said Rick Heller, president and CEO of MCI: “While we are certainly disappointed to be losing Michael as a member of our leadership team, at the same time we are proud that the industry recognized the leadership qualities that he has demonstrated within our own organization. We wish him all the best in his new role and we will continue to support APTA and their members in the public transit industry.”
