This year, several of the 226 First Transit-managed and First Transit-operated locations are providing free bus service and educating the public about local transportation services in their area during the week of April 22 in celebration of Earth Day.

“I am pleased with the efforts many of our locations are making to educate their communities on the environmental benefits of public transportation,” said Brad Thomas, president, First Transit and First Vehicle Services. “By celebrating this event at our locations we hope to highlight how easy it is to make greener lifestyle choices, such as utilizing local public transit systems.”
