Google and the Organization of Urban Transport of Athens implemented the Google Transit application for the city of Athens. The application aims to facilitate daily transport in the city by helping passengers and visitors to the city find and select the best route with any of the available public transportation means (buses, metro, tram, trolleys, suburban train). The application is accessible at no cost at maps.google.gr/transitathens.
