The completion of the Union Station Transit Center brought multiple elements of transit under one roof in the heart of downtown Denver. A true multi-modal hub, you can hop on one of many RTD services to get where you’re going.

The completion of the Union Station Transit Center brought multiple elements of transit under one roof in the heart of downtown Denver. A true multi-modal hub, you can hop on one of many RTD services to get where you’re going.

The light rail station at Union Station was relocated in 2012 as the first part of the transit transformation happening downtown. The light rail station on Chestnut Street provides the end-of-line station for the C, E and W lines.

In 2016, Union Station will be the starting point for the East Rail Line to DIA, the Gold Line to Arvada/Wheat Ridge and the Northwest Rail Line to Westminster.

The Union Station bus concourse is a brand new 22-gate underground bus facility that serves 16 distinct bus routes, including the new Free MetroRide. Located at 1700 Wewatta Street in Denver, the new transit hub provides easy access to all transit options downtown.
