Wendel has added senior architect Denis Rioux to its firm.
Rioux brings more than 35 years of experience in architectural design, constructability analysis, contract document, program management, design review, facility assessments, master planning and contract administration. He also has experience in project management and design for both private and public clients in the commercial, retail, health care, education, distribution and public safety markets.
With proven experience managing multiple, complex, multi-million-dollar projects from inception to construction completion and closeout, Rioux is a skilled communicator, leader and team builder. He is adept at preparing construction documents and negotiating directly with consultants and design team members, coordinating design and construction disciplines and handling project issues that may arise. He serves as a mentor, technical expert and building code resource to peers and team members.
