RailPros has selected Basem Muallem to join the team as the next vice president and Inland Empire area manager, as well as the statewide transportation lead for California where he’ll work out of the Riverside office.
Muallem worked for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for 32 years before joining RailPros. At Caltrans, he held various positions including deputy district director for maintenance, program management and right of way. He also served as division chief for maintenance and right of way in Sacramento, as well as District 8 director. Muallem brings with him a knowledge of transportation to RailPros’ expanding practice.
