SYSTRA adds Jeffrey Wharton as director of alternative delivery services

Wharton brings 39 years of experience to his new role.

SYSTRA has added Jeffrey Wharton as director of alternative delivery services to lead design-build partnerships throughout the U.S. 

Wharton most recently served as president of a manufacturer of specialty transit equipment for the international transit electrification industry. Prior to that, he held executive management roles for a nationwide construction firm that specializes in mass transit and energy. 

Wharton is an executive committee member on the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Board of Directors, director on the American Public Transportation Foundation and member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He has 39 years of experience.
