Trans/Air Manufacturing Corporation has announced personnel changes in the warranty department.
Jeff Kochenour has announced his retirement, and will be leaving Trans/Air on September 7, 2018. Jeff has been with Trans/Air for 11 years, all in the position of warranty manager. Kochenour has handled the warranty department with care, striving to take care of each & every customer in a professional & timely manner. He will be missed and Trans/Air wished him all the best in his retirement years.
Craig Smith will be promoted to warranty manager. Smith has worn many hats during his 30+ years at Trans/Air. With experience in production, installation, field service & technical assistance, Smith’s transition into the position of warranty manager is a perfect fit.
Jennifer Wagner will continue in her current position of Warranty Administrator. With 13 years experience at Trans/Air and 9 years in Warranty, Wagner will work with Smith to continue the level of warranty service customers expect from Trans/Air.
