TransTrack Systems Inc. has announced the appointment of David (Dave) Jackson as its new general manager. Jackson started his role leading the firm January 2, 2018.

Jackson brings over 20 years of transit experience in the public transit industry starting with the development of the TransitMaster product line with Rockwell International and Siemens (Now Trapeze Software Inc.) and many years at Booz Allen Hamilton, CH2M (Jacobs) and Intueor Consulting Inc. providing Intelligent Transportation Systems consulting for large and small transit clients across the United States.

For over 15 years, TransTrack Systems Inc. has focused on providing transit agency managers and executives with the key business insights they need to develop and implement critical transit strategies for optimal operations and performance.  This is made possible with its flagship solution, TransTrack Manager, a web-based business analytics and data management system that aggregates data from multiple sources, extracts meaningful information out of volumes of data, and provides enhanced performance monitoring and reporting.

Under Jackson’s guidance, TransTrack will continue its tradition of delivering market-leading solutions along with key business consulting and support services and customer service. Mary Sue O’Melia, the founder and former president of TransTrack Systems, will serve as a consultant to TransTrack during a transition period.
