Former New Jersey Department of Transportation Commissioner and American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials President Jack Lettiere has been appointed to the board of directors for TranSystems Corporation effective April 21, 2016.
“Jack’s impressive background and wealth of transportation expertise make him an ideal addition to our board of directors,” Executive Chairman Brian Larson said. “Jack brings specific market understanding that will be valuable as we continue to drive growth in the upcoming years.”
Lettiere joins as W. Mike Lackey retires from board. Lackey served TranSystems since 2004 during a key point of growth for the firm.
Lettiere is a graduate of the General Motors Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering. He has a Master of Business Administration from Rider University.
