WSP Participating in 60 Technical Sessions at TRB Annual Meeting

Transportation experts from WSP USA have announced it will take part in more than 60 technical sessions at the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 97th Annual Meeting.

Transportation experts from WSP USA have announced it will take part in more than 60 technical sessions at the Transportation Research Board 97th Annual Meeting to be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention C enter in Washington, D.C. from January 7 through 11, 2018.

WSP is a platinum sponsor of the conference, the theme of which is which is Transportation: Moving the Economy of the Future. The meeting will cover all transportation modes, addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions. 

“Technical presentations by WSP professionals will explore how transportation policy and practice can drive economic growth,” said Paula Hammond, national transportation market lead for WSP. Sessions in which the firm’s employees will take part include:

  • Advances in Light Rail and Streetcar Planning and Management, Jan. 9 from 10:15 a.m. - noon. 
  • The Power of Innovation: Capturing the Value of Investments in Innovation, Jan. 10, 10:15 a.m. - noon.
