Anthony Federico has been named a principal systems and communications engineer in the Boston office of Parsons Brinckerhoff. In his new position, Federico is responsible for performing special systems telecommunications design for buildings, campuses, and support facilities, as well as roadway tunnel systems and pumping stations. He has more than 15 years of experience managing electrical design efforts for intelligent transportation systems projects. The National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA) honored Jerry Keating of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) with its 2013 Award of Excellence for his outstanding career contributions. In his new position, Harnagel is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, planning and budgeting, federal acquisition regulation compliance and insurance and information technology accounting.
