A bus shelter along a south Bismarck Capital Area Transit (CAT) route will be removed in the near future. The bus shelter is between the Jeannette Myhre School and Cashwise Foods, just north of Bismarck Expressway.
“We received a request from Bismarck Public Schools superintendent Tamara Uselman, asking if we could take the shelter down due to safety concerns,” explained Interim Transit Director Al Wangler.
There are more than 20 shelters along CAT routes throughout the Bismarck and Mandan communities.
