TriMet and Transdev have expanded their partnership with Transdev recently taking over operations of the LIFT Operations Contact Center.
Transdev currently operates TriMet’s paratransit bus operations. This new contract includes the reservations, scheduling, customer service and dispatch functions of TriMet’s LIFT program (ADA paratransit).
As part of this expanded partnership, Transdev is now responsible for an additional 49 employees. Transdev had already been operating TriMet’s fleet of 235 paratransit vehicles with more than 220 employees, in support of its original agreement to operate its LIFT paratransit services which started Oct. 1, 2021.
