Planning and Research Contract
ODOT Office of Transit is accepting proposals for consultant support for a two-year Planning and Research contract. The contract will include tasks for the following items: compliance review of policies and plans; research and planning on fares, medical services, workforce development, and regional coordination; transit demand and accessibility analysis; alternative fuels operations; data analysis and reporting; and project management. This two-year contract will provide ODOT with technical support to conduct necessary planning and research to guide strategic decision making and statewide planning efforts, stay compliant with new reporting requirements from BIL, help transit agencies explore and test new fuel technologies, and assist nine transit agencies with the design and construction of new transit facilities.
