National Express Group PLC and National Express LLC welcome Carolyn Flowers as independent non-executive director

Flowers, a transportation veteran, will start her new role June 1.

Carolyn Flowers has joined National Express Group PLC and National Express LLC as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the board’s safety and environment committee.

Her role will start June 1.

Flowers is currently a partner and managing principal at InfraStrategies LLC. She previously served as senior vice president at Americas Transit Market at AECOM and was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as acting administrator at the Federal Transit Administration. She also serves on several transportation industry and trade non-profit boards.
