Tom Kukla has joined Hatch Mott MacDonald’s Denver, Colo., office as a senior project manager. He brings 30 years of roadway and highway planning, engineering and design experience and is registered in six states.

He was formerly with Washington Group International where he assisted with the preparation of a successful $1.285 billion design-build bid for the TREX Project in Denver, Colo.; serving as the design manager for the Northwest Parkway Toll Road Project, in Denver, Colo.; and managing the $150 million San Fernando Valley Bus Rapid Transit Design-Build Project in Van Nuys, Calif.
