Martin F. Boyle was recently promoted to senior vice president at STV. He will serve as the manager of STV’s national transportation practices in the Transportation and Infrastructure Division. In this role, Boyle works with the firm’s national transit managers to continue building successful relationships in the transit market and expanding into additional market sectors.

Boyle has more than 40 years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of electrified vehicles and transit systems. Prior to joining STV in 2000, Boyle held positions with various transportation agencies including the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, the Bi-State Development Agency, and Central Florida Regional Transit.

For the past three years, Boyle has led STV’s systems practice. He was the construction manager for systems for the recently completed Charlotte Area Transit System South Corridor light rail transit project, and served as systems manager for STV’s project management support of Houston METRORail’s light rail transit system.
