California Rail Safety Month press event Sept. 3, 2013

September is Rail Safety month in California, making it the perfect time to remind everyone to practice safe behavior near rail. Metro and Metrolink are focused on the three E's: Education, Engineering and Enforcement and they are urging the public to take responsibility for halting pointless deaths and accidents near the trains.
