Limited Use Smart Cards

EDM specializes in supplying custom RFID smart cards to transit agencies. The latest trend in our industry is Radio Frequency Identification or “RFID”. EDM has been approved as the only domestic supplier to CUBIC Transportation Systems providing the “Limited Use” smart cards. These cards incorporate the MiFare Ultralite chip in a roll form.

The EDM product achieved the highest quality rating CUBIC can give to a vendor! EDM also provdies the 30-Mil smart cards utilizing the MiFare 1K, 2K, 4K and Desfire chips as requested by our customers. We have the ability to serialize the cards according to the internal chip identification as well as program data onto the cards.
