GO Transit Exercises Options to Expand Accessibility in Oshkosh with Clean Diesel Buses from New Flyer

New Flyer of America Inc. has announced that GO Transit has exercised an option with New Flyer of America for five Xcelsior clean diesel buses.

New Flyer of America Inc. has announced that GO Transit in the city of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, acting through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, has exercised an option with New Flyer of America for five Xcelsior clean diesel, forty-foot heavy-duty transit buses and two Xcelsior clean diesel, thirty five-foot heavy-duty transit buses, which will be converted from the backlog.

GO Transit operates on a fixed route system in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, providing bus service to over one million passengers per year. Bus purchases are subsidized, in part, with Federal Transit Administration funds.
