Jan. 26, 2017
The Hub at @ 375 Beale is the Bay Area’s newest resource for transportation information and services.

The Hub at @ 375 Beale is the Bay Area’s newest resource for transportation information and services. Located on the ground floor of the Bay Area Metro Center in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, The Hub is a one-stop storefront “shop” for all the programs and services of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the Association of Bay Area Governments and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District.

Staff at The Hub provide personalized, comprehensive travel information about transit routes and schedules, bicycle routes, transit passes and more.

  • Want a FasTrak toll tag? Get it at The Hub!
  • Need to load cash value or passes on your Clipper transit fare card? Do it at The Hub!
  • Seeking out your best Bay Area bus route? Ask an expert at The Hub!
  • Requesting for an Air District Permit? Apply at The Hub!
  • Searching for a Bay Trail map? It’s at The Hub!

Conveniently located in the emerging transportation-rich Transbay district, The Hub @ 375 Beale is only one block southeast of the Transbay Temporary Terminal, and less than a ten-minute walk from the new Transbay Transit Center (scheduled to open in late 2017).

The Hub @ 375 Beale is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
