Due to the recent water contamination the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) will suspend fares for all riders from 11a.m. until end of service Thursday, December 15th to allow Coastal Bend citizens to ride without the burden of fares during this water contamination crisis.

All fares have been suspended for both fixed route services as well as B-Line services.

After this morning’s press conference issuing further discontinued use of tap water CCRTA directors felt that due to the unforeseen cost of having to purchase bottle water and most citizens having to visit multiple locations that suspending fares would financially assist riders during this time of crisis.
