RTC Bike Share to Officially Roll Through Downtown Las Vegas on Oct. 27

The commitment to convenient, easy-to-use transportation options continues as the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has announced it will join local leaders to celebrate the launch of RTC Bike Share.

The commitment to convenient, easy-to-use transportation options continues as the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has announced it will join local leaders to celebrate the launch of RTC Bike Share in downtown Las Vegas. On Thursday, Oct. 27, the first public bike share system in Southern Nevada will officially kick off with a special announcement to commemorate the historic event.

What: Official launch of RTC Bike Share with the announcement of a special offer available to all bike share users.

Why: RTC Bike Share enhances transportation options for residents and visitors traveling in downtown Las Vegas with a fun, inexpensive.

Who: Local leaders and officials to speak include:

  • Dina Titus – 1st Congressional District of Nevada U.S. Representative
  • Larry Brown – Clark County commissioner and RTC Board chair
  • Carolyn Goodman – City of Las Vegas mayor and RTC Board Member
  • Seth Schorr – Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino chairman
