City of Tempe and Valley Metro have invited the community to a public meeting to receive an update on Tempe Streetcar. The latest project activities, including plans for future contractors, public art and the project timeline will be presented, along with an opportunity to talk with project staff and ask questions.
The streetcar will travel on Rio Salado Parkway from the Marina Heights development west to Mill Avenue. The route makes a downtown loop on Mill and Ash avenues and continues south to Apache Boulevard and east to Dorsey Lane where it connects with the Apache Blvd/Dorsey Lane station.
