Alstom in Spain has launched the fourth edition of its innovative program for graduates across the country, aiming at training and integrating them into the labor market. The initiative, called Alstom Talent Energy, combines post-graduate training and professional work placements in a single program. The objective is to provide opportunities for recent graduates to continue their personal and professional development in a global company at Alstom.
The submission period to participate to this fourth edition of the program is open since 6 September. The initiative itself, which is undertaken in collaboration with the Fundación Universidad-Empresa (Universities and Businesses Foundation), will begin in November.
The Alstom Talent Energy Plan is a 12 months internship program for Fresh Graduates with recognized Master. It will incorporate 40 interns in the teams of Alstom in Spain with different academic backgrounds to prepare their future integration on the labour market. Successful candidates will start working in the company's offices in Madrid, Toledo or Barcelona, joining Alstom 's teams of professionals to work on national and international rail projects.
