In order to keep up with demand, Starcraft Bus has announced that it is increasing its production facilities by 100,000 square feet with the addition of a building adjacent to its present operations.

In order to keep up with demand, Starcraft Bus has announced that it is increasing its production facilities by 100,000 square feet with the addition of a building adjacent to its present operations. Currently, Starcraft Bus operates in 130,000 square feet and will nearly double its manufacturing space to 230,000 square feet later this year. By increasing its square footage, Starcraft Bus will now have a total production capacity of approximately 10,000 units per year. The additional building will be operational by January 1, 2017.

“We are seeing strong gains in our market share and need to expand in order for us to meet the current demand, as well as plan for future growth,” stated David Wright, president of Starcraft Bus. “Our present facility has served us well, however, even with our continual focus on efficiency and productivity, we simply need more space. Increasing the size of Starcraft’s production facility will also allow us to continue to guarantee delivery of our buses in 8 weeks or less.”
