Dayton RTA Welcomes Mark Benefiel as Quality Assurance & Administrative Specialist

The Greater Dayton RTA is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Benefiel to the newly created position of quality assurance & administrative specialist in the maintenance department.

The Greater Dayton RTA is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Benefiel to the newly created position of quality assurance & administrative specialist in the maintenance department.  

Benefiel brings 30 years of experience in increasingly detailed analytical positions to his position at RTA. He is a retired senior non-commissioned officer (SNCO) in the United States Air Force, with nine years in aircraft maintenance and 12 years in the recruiting and retention area. He also spent 6 years at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in a civil service role. 

As part of his duties as quality assurance and administrative specialist, Benefiel will work closely with the RTA project management teams. He will review and execute plans for maintenance projects, develop new opportunities, administer all fleet warranty programs, and analyze the effectiveness of all maintenance efforts.
