You may notice fare inspectors checking fares on UTA buses and trains. These inspectors will be dressed in UTA uniforms and will also be available to answer questions and assist riders.
Please remember to purchase a ticket before boarding, tap on with your FarePay card, contactless credit card or electronic pass, or carry your paper pass with you when you ride. Fines for riding without fare can be up to twice the adult monthly pass rate.
